My booking
Can I add to my booking?
Yes of course (subject to availability). We are happy to add more to your booking even in a last minute panic providing we get payment before the delivery date.
Can I make alterations to the quantities on my booking?
Yes we are happy to make alterations to your booking after it has been placed but please let us know of any alterations at least 30 days prior to your booking date
Why have I been charged a security deposit?
Yes we charge a £50 security deposit on every booking. This is in case of any loss or damage to any of our equipment. It will be refunded back to you within 2 working days after your booking
How long is the hire period?
Our standard hire period is up to 72 hours. This allows a day for delivery, day of event and then a day of collection. Of course however we are happy to hire our items to you for longer periods. Get in touch to find out more
What if something becomes unavailable?
From time to time things do get damaged, broken or even lost. If this happens we will either get it fixed in time for your event, offer a replacement/similar item or refund you for that item.
Are you insured?
Yes we have public liability insurance and can produce documents as needed to show this
Delivery & collection
When do you deliver and collect?
We usually deliver the day before your event and collect the following day after your event. If you havent already you will receive a delivery & collection form to be completed. This is where you can specify your preferred days for delivery & collection
Can you deliver and collect on the same day?
Yes we can usually do this but please just check with us first as we do get incredibly busy in the summer season.
Does someone need to be on site when we deliver?
Yes someone will need to be on site to receive the delivery and sign for it.
What kind of access do you need to get to the venue?
Our vans are either a large sized ford transit or a luton so please do let us know if there are any access issues at the venue
Day of delivery
Where will you unload everything to?
At the venue we will unload everything to your preferred location within 10m of our van
How will I know what time the delivery will be?
We will give you a rough time slot beforehand by email. If our driver can they will text you with an accurate ETA of delivery when they are near to your delivery slot. Please note delivery times can vary as it all depends on the traffic on the day. Our drivers do multiple deliveries so delays can be caused but if there is going to be a delay our driver will get in touch with you.
Do you set everything up?
The majority of our equipment is on a dry hire basis meaning we do not set it up for you. However we do set up any of the games that include a canopy, photo booth packages, bouncy castles and of course bell tents. If you need items set up for you then get in touch and see if we can help.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes of course but I am afraid the 20% deposit is non refundable
If you have paid in full and cancel 30 days prior to the booking date then you will receive a full refund minus the 20% deposit
If you cancel within 14 days prior to the booking date then you will receive a 50% refund
