Benefits from booking a festival bell tent village with us:
– We set up and take down all bell tents.
– As standard each tent will have a LED light, rug inside each tent, mat at the front plus bunting and fairy lights along the exterior.
– Create a dedicated page with information about the festival and an easy to use booking system for festival goers to book their tents.
– We can deal with all the admin of bookings.
– Can supply bell tents empty or with beds & extras.
– Luxury glamping bell tent options also available.
– Each bell tent will be numbered or named.
Extra services that we can do for you
– Check in service for your guests. Be there for when people arrive to ensure they find their tent and that they settle in ready to enjoy the festival.
– Festoon lighting outside and throughout bell tent village.

Our village tents start at just £130 per tent.
Pricing depends on your requirements and location.
We can supply tents for your guests anything from empty to a true luxury glamping experience depending on their requirements and budget.

7th July 2021- I hired a pop up hotel room garden glamping tent as well as a igloo set up as a chill out zone. The hire was trouble free and seamless from start to finish all staff were friendly kept me informed on delivery and collection. 12th January 2021 - I hired a dining igloo for a birthday celebration at home. Very professional service and the igloo experience has been fantastic. It’s comfortably warm with the heater supplied. We enjoyed a family dinner and later moved the table over for a cosy movie night with the kids. Highly recommend! Gemma S
