You can now book the majority of our products online, follow our simple process below to learn how…
We have got a huge variety of items to hire for your wedding or event
Simply browse the different categories and see if there is anything that you like the look of
Each item has got a description and price
If you see anything you like the look of simply click on it and you will be given the price and a description of it
Now you can even check the availability of most items and book them within our online booking system
Most of our hire items are now available to book online without having to get in touch to check availability
Simply click on any items of interest, click on the date you require and then click book now
It will now be added to your basket so you can keep browsing our web site if you want to hire more items
Once you have decided on everything and added all items to your basket simply follow the check out instructions
You can book by either paying a 20% deposit of pay in full
If you go for the deposit option then full payment isn’t required until 30 days prior to your hire date

We can deliver to anywhere in the UK but there will be a delivery & collection charge for deliveries outside of Eastbourne. If you try to book but our system doesn’t allow you due to your location just drop us an email and were add your location to our system
All major credit or debit cards are accepted
Yes we take a £50 security deposit. This is just in case of any loss or damage to the equipment that you are hiring from us. It will be promptly refunded back to you after the hire period
There is a small possibility we can still supply something that is showing as unavailable for your date. Get in touch and we will see what we can do for you
We offer free delivery within Eastbourne. Anything to be delivered outside of Eastbourne will incur a delivery & collection charge. You can also collect items from us
Best way to contact us would be by email. We try to respond to all emails within 24 hours

Worked along side this company before and they are a great company to have. They made the party and was able to give us great advice On helping plan the party from start to finish was a comfort to see them before I arrived and already set up. We hired a giant jenga, limbo, and some deck chairs from Rent Event for our wedding. The owner was really friendly and helpful, and was quick to respond to any enquiries we had. Everything was delivered the day before the wedding and collected the day after. Jamie even made sure our items were transported right up to the reception room (which was at the end of a pier!). The games were brilliant, our guests had so much fun with them. And the deck chairs looked fantastic! I would definitely recommend this company.
We can't thank Jamie enough for making our wedding vow Party a complete success!!!!! Right from the start of contacting Jamie I really felt he completely knew his business!!! We changed things around a lot before our day, but Jamie was not phased at all. On the day of the party everything was delivered, put up and ready to go with loads and loads of time before the guests arrived. Everything looked amazing with the bunting around the shelters too, everything we asked for was there, nothing at all was out of place or different from what we ordered. WOW!!!!!! All the guests commented on the games and loved playing, the kids were in their element too, they loved the dressing up box and the parents were over the moon that the children did not get bored thoroughout the day!!!! The popcorn and candy floss cart that Jamie had arranged was there on time and the people running it were lovely and friendly, the pop corn and candy floss were delicious and the kids were over the moon!!! Great communication with Jamie and he was always happy to help, I added on a few games and then changed outdoor games to indoor due to threat of rain and nothing seemed an issue. Kids loved the games and the lights were a great touch 🙂 thank you very much we highly recommended
