• The venue has specifically asked that the campsite is used for sleeping, not an after party. Please be considerate of the neighbours. (Rory and Jess will be one of them so they will hear your tomfoolery)
• There is no need to drop your bags during the day of the 15th, it is across the track from the barn that the reception is being held in so you can drop your bags upon arrival after the ceremony at St Mary’s
• Please note there is no access to showers in the morning.
• Heather and Simon will generously be hosting breakfast at Fiveacres, Brook Road, GU8 5UD from 10:30 on Sunday 16th August 2026. Please ensure that tents are empty by lunchtime on Sunday.
• Please self organise who you would like to share a tent with. I booking a tent to share with others the tent will be allocated to the main booker name.
• Please decide on accommodation before 1st August.

• Choose your package plus if you require any optional extras.
• Add to cart and then follow the checkout instructions.
• Don’t worry about shipping address because your booking will automatically be allocated to the correct event.
• You can pay a 20% deposit today and then the final balance will be due 30 days prior to the event. If you wish you can also pay in full today.

• Q: How will I know what tent is mine? A: Depending on the event it will either be numbered or named. If named it will have the lead bookers name. Some events we will have staff on site providing a check in service. You will however be contacted nearer the day with full information.
• Q: Will the tent be set up and ready for me when I arrive? A: Yes.
• Q: Will beds and bedding be provided? A: Read through the package you have booked carefully as this will all depend on what package you have booked.
• Q: When can I arrive and leave? A: All of this information is given within the arrival information tab on the booking page. However full information will also be provided to you by email.
• Q: Can I smoke in the tent? A: No smoking is not permitted within our bell tents.
• Q: Will there be toilets, showers and electricity on site? A: Every event is different and has different facilities. Check the arrival information tab or the specific event web site.
